Capital Football runs Sunday Girls Only League throughout the winter season from April to the end of August

Girls can therefore choose to play in the Saturday mixed leagues, GOSL only or both.

Playing in both means paying two registration fees. IBU Juniors enters teams in GOSL from the 9th-18th grades.
